- Client information: personal details, date of birth, address, and Social Security Number (when required for credit disputes).
- Credit data: tri-bureau credit reports, scores, and historical data pulled from MyFreeScoreNow.
- Documents: identity verification, proof of address, and supporting documents uploaded for dispute letters.
- Usage data: log data, IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the service, including credit pulls and dispute letter generation.
- Send certified mail to credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf via DocuPost.
- Process payments and manage billing.
- Send service notifications, reminders, and support communications.
- Improve and secure the platform.
- Comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the platform:
- MyFreeScoreNow — to retrieve credit reports.
- DocuPost — to print and mail certified letters.
- Stripe — to process payments.
- Supabase / Cloudflare — for hosting and data storage.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety and rights of users.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Sensitive credentials (such as credit bureau logins) are stored using encrypted vault storage. We follow industry-standard security practices and limit access to authorized personnel only.
Data Retention
We retain personal and credit information for as long as your account is active, or as required by law and FCRA recordkeeping rules. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your Rights
