How do I invite a new client?
From your coach dashboard, use the "Invite a client" card. You can optionally assign a billing plan and the invite link will be copied to your clipboard.
How are credit reports pulled?
Clients enroll with MyFreeScoreNow and the system pulls tri-bureau reports automatically on a schedule. You can also trigger a manual pull at any time.
How does certified mail work?
Dispute letters are mailed via DocuPost with tracking. You can include client documents with each letter directly from the client's profile.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Every coach gets a white-labeled subdomain (yourbrand.client.credit) with custom logo and colors. Clients never see AutoDispute branding.
